EMBO Practical Course: Synthetic Biology in Action

The course focuses on the exploitation of tools and concepts of SynBio for multi-scale engineering of biological systems. The program consists of practicals with two daily lectures on closely related topics. The practicals will employ Gram-negative bacteria and yeast, the lectures will encompass a suite of topics beyond that, including activities on Ethical, Legal and Social Implications (ELSI).

Applications by PhD students and early post-doctoral researchers are possible until 12.03.2015
